Use of Service

• Users must be at least eighteen (18) years old

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials

• The service may only be used for lawful purposes
   

Intellectual Property

All software, content, and materials are owned by Databees. No rights or licences are granted except as expressly stated.
 

Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are charged according to the selected plan and are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.

 

Suspension and Termination

Databees reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the service, including data or report exports, in the event of non-payment, breach of these terms, or misuse of the service.

Upon termination or expiry of a subscription, access to the platform will be discontinued in accordance with Databees’ data retention policies.

Limitation of Liability

 

Databees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
 

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
