Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their data. Databees shall not be responsible for data loss resulting from user actions, system misuse, or failure to export data prior to subscription termination.

Databees complies with applicable data protection laws, including Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
